There was far too much noise for a good night's sleep. The service was poor, and the rent felt very high for what was provided. The handwash in the toilet was full of water.

They cancelled my booking a few days after I made it, claiming the website had the wrong prices. By then, I’d lost the other place I’d been considering. I’d even called on the day I booked to check they’d received it, and the woman on the phone confirmed but was really rude. The host never sent a message to explain the cancellation. They just cancelled without warning and didn’t seem to care.

There’s a lot of noise outside, so it’s not a good choice if you want a quiet night’s sleep. The service was very poor, and the price in person didn’t match the one on the website.

The bathroom was disgusting, with barely running lukewarm water, grimy tiles, and rough towels. The staff were no help at all, from arrival through checkout, and made me feel like I was a nuisance. The room was filthy and dusty, with a terrible mold smell. The bed creaked whenever I moved, and the sheets didn’t seem to have been washed. Noise all night made it hard to rest, and reception didn’t care. For the price, this place is ridiculous. You can get somewhere a thousand times better in Lisboa for just a little more. This was probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and I’ll never come back. A disgrace to tourism.
