The place smelled strange, and the sofa bed was unusable, just a piece of foam. The mattresses seemed very old, and I was itching at night from what I believe were dust mites. We’d rented an apartment advertised with a double bed and two sofa beds, but there was only one sofa bed. When we raised the issue, the woman said the other would be there tomorrow, but nobody ever came. We kept being told they were trying to fix things, and that’s how our four days went by, with no one showing up. It wasn’t really an apartment. The bedroom and bathroom were private and had a key, but the kitchen was shared, with one mini-fridge for all the rooms.

We thought we’d booked an apartment with a kitchen, but the listing didn’t clearly explain that the common areas were shared with other guests. The service was nonexistent. It also said there would be two sofa beds, but there weren’t. Instead, there was a metal frame with a 3 cm foam mattress. We complained and got ignored. Every day they said they’d come fix it, but no one came. The place smelled bad, was dirty and old, and didn’t look like the photos. I’ve traveled a lot, and this was the worst accommodation I’ve stayed in. The main mattress had what seemed to be dust mites and bedbugs, and I got bitten at night. It felt like a textbook scam. Beware!

There was only one double bed and one sofa bed when we arrived, despite our booking for a double bed and two sofa beds. The sofa bed was broken, barely fit to sleep on, and could have wrecked your back. I messaged them every day asking for it to be fixed, but they kept putting me off and never did anything. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

There weren’t any of the two sofa beds we booked. Instead, there was a 2 cm piece of foam. I wouldn’t come back, and the dust mites and bedbugs in the uncleaned mattress bit me.
