The room was clean and fresh, and housekeeping was great every day. Better than plenty of five-star hotels. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is a little out of the way.

I can’t make sense of the negative reviews from previous guests. For me, this hotel was perfect and the service was outstanding. A lovely woman at the front desk greeted us right away, and we felt comfortable and welcome from the start. Parking right outside was easy. The room and shower were more than adequate, and logging into the Wi-Fi was simple. Breakfast felt personal too, with quick, attentive service from the staff in the breakfast room. It was really easy to get to, a total win in my book. I highly recommend it if you’re traveling through!

The pool was warm, and the artificial grass around it was a nice touch. Breakfast was really good, too. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and smelled fresh, and there was plenty of parking. We were very happy with our stay. The gym is small but has weights, a rowing machine, and other equipment. Nice place.

We paid extra through Booking.com for a room with a terrace, but the room we were given had none. The receptionist was very pleasant when we arrived, though the owner wanted us to pay even more to get the terrace we'd already booked. I didn't want to pay again, so I made a bit of a fuss and got my money back. It may be a lovely football-themed motel, but watch out for what felt like unscrupulous practices.

The hotel is only 5-10 minutes from downtown Setubal. Rooms are basic, but ours was clean and the facilities were good. The staff were friendly, and the owner is a big fan of Portugal's national football team, which comes up in the hotel decor and his stories. Great place!
