I booked the flat with a terrace and sea view, and loved the decor. The little touches, like coffee and sweets, made the welcome feel extra warm. They also shared some great places to visit. The apartment was very clean and well located, just a short walk from Setubal's old town and the port.

The building is very cramped inside, and the noise around it made it hard to rest. Trains pass by, including heavy container trains from Setubal port, and neighbors play music late with their windows open. On weekends, church weddings nearby make parking impossible. Construction at neighboring buildings starts at 7 in the morning. There are huge dogs left alone barking from balconies all day and night. There are also not many pleasant people around the nearby Miradoro. Welcome!

The flat was cozy and comfortable, and booking went smoothly. We found parking nearby without any trouble, so I can recommend it. Just be aware that the air conditioner didn’t work very well.

We had a terrible stay. The apartment was old, and the bathroom was dirty. There were cockroaches in the kitchen too. It sits right above a busy street and a railway station, with no sound insulation at all. Sleeping without earplugs was impossible, and even with them, the passing trains made the place vibrate.

A nice apartment, with shops, museums, restaurants, and the hospital all within walking distance.
