For the price, this is hard to beat. It’s out in the countryside, but you can walk to a river beach, and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.

The staff were so friendly and always ready to help. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming, and the place looked newly renovated. Breakfast was better than expected, with plenty of fresh options: orange juice, fruit, homemade cake and marmalade, eggs to choose from, yogurt and seeds, plus good coffee. There was a wide selection of Portuguese food, and the wine was well recommended. We could play pool for free, and the swimming pool was lovely. We highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay, with time to relax for a few days and explore this beautiful region. The rooms were clean, the garden was beautiful, and the staff were friendly. I’d recommend having dinner there too.
