The location is great, and you can tell they're putting a lot into their Café. Our bathroom was lovely, and the AC was a lifesaver. Still, there were a lot of things that bothered us. Room cleaning was hit and miss, and one day nobody cleaned at all. There's NO Wifi. You can try connecting, but even when it works, a basic Google search may not load. The doors are flimsy and paper-thin, so you hear plenty from the neighbors. Our only window looked onto a staircase, and the staff seemed moody, which sometimes made me uncomfortable.

The house is very central, everything is clean, and the staff are really friendly. Breakfast is at a very good cafe next to the hostel, which makes for a perfect combination.

The staff were the worst I've ever encountered, completely unhelpful and deceitful. If something goes wrong, holidaymakers shouldn't expect them to care. They just want your money, so I'd avoid this place.

Basic accommodation, and good enough.

The room was clean and okay, if a little small. It's in a beautiful, central part of the city, though the café where you check in is about a three-minute walk away. Breakfast comes with the stay but felt limited, and I would have liked a bit more. A free parking lot is roughly 10 minutes away on foot, and it would be helpful if the hotel gave clearer directions and parking information. The room-and-café setup is an interesting idea, but it can be a little hard to find. Recommended, with a few minor reservations.
