Quinta da Capelinha

There was a lovely, peaceful play corner for children in the bright, spacious reception and breakfast room, with books, a table, crayons, and games. The staff were attentive and kind, and they supplied both a crib and a baby seat for us, in the bungalow and in the shared reception area. Our bungalow kitchen had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The rooms are beautifully put together, the surroundings are lovely, and the whole place is clean and well cared for. Warm, gorgeous, and comfortable. We highly recommend staying here.

Tavira and the nearby beaches worked really well for little kids, and the area didn't feel too touristy. We originally booked four nights and ended up staying seven, and we'd come back if we can. The apartments are tastefully decorated and have what you need to cook for yourself. The hotel also shares great restaurant suggestions and activity tips if you want to go out. Service was outstanding, and we loved having breakfast while the kids played in the corner. It was also a nice chance to chat with other guests, including some travelling with children.

The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the B&B is set on a lovely farm with a pool, garden, and plenty for a relaxing stay in the countryside around Tavira. Breakfast had lots of choice and the food was good quality, though the eggs could be better and a few more cold meats would be welcome.

I had an early flight and would have missed breakfast, but since I’m gluten-free the hosts made home-baked muffins for a breakfast box. They were so welcoming and made the stay feel special. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, just right for relaxing.
