The location is beautiful, and the AC was the best part of the hotel. The rest of my two-night stay was really disappointing. I had to ask twice for toilet paper and for our towels to be refreshed. The bed sheets weren’t clean, with makeup marks on the pillows. Nobody came to clean the room, and the beds and room are very small. The bathroom is very old and wasn’t cleaned properly, and there was mold on the ceiling and wall. I didn’t book the place myself, but I’d rather pay more €€ for a better room. One star. I wouldn’t recommend it to my friends, and I won’t stay there again.

They replied quickly and were available promptly. Very clean. It’s a standard room, more like a room in a house.

The breakfast was good and the hotel was nice. The Wi-Fi signal could be stronger.

Really bad. There was no cleaning, the bathroom was small, old, and very dirty, and the air conditioning didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The staff deserve congratulations for being professional and attentive. For this price category, the service is good, and the space is lovely. A few small touches could make it better. For example, there were two staff members in the breakfast room, so why not prepare some eggs for guests? Just a suggestion. Very good!
