The indoor pool was a nice place to unwind with the kids and family. Our apartment was spacious, recently done up, and had a good balcony, though it was missing things like a hairdryer, forks and a dishwasher. The hotel has potential, but it looks like maintenance has been neglected for years. I wouldn't rate it as four stars.

The staff are lovely and clearly doing their best, even though there aren't many of them. Torreira is a great location for the hotel. It could tick every box, but it needs investment to freshen things up and keep the place maintained. I'd like to return one day and see how it changes.

The staff were really nice, and the location made a strong impression on us. The property could use some maintenance, though. On our last day, the shower wouldn't heat up.
