The living room is large, but its TV is small and there's no internet there, so it didn't work well for a big group. We also found a child's bed held together with duct tape, plus dust, dirty floors, and items left in various places by previous guests that hadn't been cleaned up. The internet was very weak, and the owner was extremely unfriendly and didn't respond appropriately when we raised concerns about cleanliness inside and around the house. My friends and I rented it for New Year's Eve, December 31 to January 2. I'm attaching a photo of something we found in an uncleaned drawer.

We were given a very warm welcome and loved both the place and its location. A wonderful experience, and I'd recommend a visit!
