The two guard cats are so friendly, and the grounds are lovely. Parking on site made things easy, and breakfast was well worth the extra cost, with plenty of tasty choices. The rooms are on the small side, though still manageable. It’s a bit out of town, with not much to do nearby. There are plenty of little cafés and restaurants, but most close on Mondays. A real gem.

The staff made us feel like family, and the room was luxurious. From the warm welcome to all the carefully handled details, it felt special throughout. The location is stunning, and we’re already making plans to come back.

The place is incredibly peaceful, and easily the most beautiful one I’ve stayed in among the many albergues, hostels and BBs I’ve tried. Even the Rituals soap, shampoo and rinse were phenomenal, and the room smelled fresh too. The staff were kind and courteous when I had a problem with the card transaction. It was sorted out in person, and I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you so much for everything!

Alexandra grows many of the ingredients she cooks with in the garden, and the breakfast was amazing. We stayed two nights and couldn’t have been happier. The room was great, and the hotel was beautifully presented.
