I wouldn't give this place even one star. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, so avoid it.

The circus performance was a big hit with both the kids and the adults, and the entertainment crew generally did a great job. Mosquito stood out for being so friendly with everyone. For a family holiday with children, it may be a good-value choice, especially if you can make use of the pool and water slides. The beach is only a minute away, but the strong wind and rough sea put us off. Even when the sun was out, getting out of the pool could feel quite chilly if the wind picked up.

Our kids got especially attached to Fabio "Mosquito," who was kind and professional in every way. The entertainment team were great with children, and their evening show was very professional too. They were the part we liked most, and we'd definitely come back. We stayed in a villa and loved it. The hotel was clean, beautiful, well kept, and very well equipped, with a gym, spa, and recreation areas. There was a large water park pool with different slides for adults and children. Staff across the hotel were super friendly, the food was varied and very good, and the bar had lots of delicious drinks and cocktails. Best family vacation we've ever had.

The children's and adults' entertainment was a real highlight. Samuel, Mosquito, Tirsa, Inés, Fátima, Anita, and the rest of the team brought loads of energy, with activities for kids in the day and a different show for children and adults each evening after dinner. The stay was very pleasant and comfortable, with plenty of good quality food and drinks. We went all-inclusive in the second half of June, two adults and one child. The beachfront hotel suited families and groups of friends, and the water park was fantastic without ever feeling overcrowded. There were plenty of loungers and parasols, plus dancing and music during park hours, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Afternoon tea ran from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the garden bar and dining area, with lots of tasty choices. Breakfast from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM and lunch from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM also had a wide selection. Staff were generally friendly and very helpful. The only possible downside was something outside the hotel itself. It might have been nice to have a nearby place to go or something to do with children, especially over so many consecutive days. I'd definitely return. You are fantastic.
