In the morning, have a cup of coffee while looking at the city from the window. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Capela da Nossa Senhora de Socorro, Vila do Conde Beach and Nossa Senhora Da Guia Chapel.

This was one of our favorite stays on our second Camino, after walking from Lisbon. The host and owner was amazing, kept in close contact, and gave us a full tour. There was water in the fridge for us, a free washing machine, and even an unexpected gift bag with a small lunch. The place had a kitchen and family room, with A/C in the family room. There’s a great burger place just down the street. I think we paid €60 total for the two of us. We’ll stay again!
Emanuel was such a thoughtful, attentive host and shared tips on places to see and restaurants. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the shared spaces had a lot of charm. There’s a small balcony and a courtyard, too. He also left us a breakfast bag and coffee. We’d love to come back.
Everything a tired traveler needs was there: a clean, safe room, a spotless shower and bathroom, a washer, and a coffee maker. We really appreciated the complimentary gift basket, too. It was a wonderful guesthouse and the best possible experience for us. I look forward to staying again.
It’s quiet and very central, so the main sights are just a few minutes away on foot. The host was helpful and communicative, and had taken care of every detail. When we arrived, he gave us a moment before showing us around. We could use a full kitchen, washing machine, and coffee maker, and our breakfast bag even included a K-cup. Highly recommend.
The owner welcomed me in person and showed me around the house. It has everything you need on the Camino, including a basket of fruit, water, and sweets for the road. There’s a garden and balcony if you want some fresh air without going for a walk, as well as a washing machine, coffee, tea, and more. Pure hospitality. I can only recommend it. Thank you, Emanuel!
