We were so impressed by how attentive, kind, and professional the staff were. The hotel gave us a great weekend, with a spacious room, high ceilings, and all the comfort of a modern place. The views across the city, river, and sea were stunning, especially at dawn and sunset. There was lots of natural light in the comfortable, spacious SPA, which has a pool, sauna, steam bath, and gym. Breakfast had a wide selection. We had lunch at Mosteiro restaurant, where traditional regional dishes are meant to be shared around the table. The bar food was delicious, even the simple “Prego,” and the cocktails were great too. Dinner at Oculto was unforgettable. Well done to the whole team. We'd love to return soon!

The team made our stay feel warm from the moment we arrived. Everyone we dealt with was kind, attentive, and ready to help. The setting itself is a beautifully restored former convent, and its history sits comfortably alongside modern luxury and a peaceful atmosphere. Inside, the design is tasteful and minimalist, with a calm elegance. Our room was roomy, quiet, and comfortable, just right for unwinding after exploring Vila do Conde. Breakfast combined a buffet with à la carte choices, offering plenty of variety and quality ingredients. We also had a fantastic evening meal at Mosteiro, with authentic flavors and lovely presentation. We spent hours relaxing in the wellness area, which has an indoor pool, spa facilities, sauna, and Turkish bath. The Lince Santa Clara made for a peaceful, luxurious weekend, and we'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Vila do Conde.

The room was smaller than we'd have liked, and the beef loin at the hotel restaurant was so fatty that we couldn't eat it. After walking almost 40 miles of the Camino in two days, I was too exhausted to bring either issue up with the staff. Aside from that, everything was almost perfect.

We spent our honeymoon here, and it's an experience we'll always remember. The renovation of the striking building was beautifully done, and the whole place has that quiet-luxury feel. Our room, the service, and the food were all amazing. The Michelin star restaurant is a must try!

The peaceful, quiet atmosphere was one of my favorite things about the stay. The building is gorgeous, with lovely décor and careful attention to detail, and the whole team provided outstanding service. Even the restaurant, which is open to the public, served amazing food. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I loved staying here.
