Rita and Pedro are lovely, and breakfast was perfect. The room was clean and really comfortable, and the air conditioner did a good job keeping the humidity down. The place is right by the ocean, as close to the waves as you could get. If you’re thinking of booking, go for it. You won’t regret it.

A special, unusual find. I spent a few nights here in March 2025 with three other people. Every room had amazing views, and breakfast was delicious. We took it easy on the terrace overlooking the ocean. Rita and Pedro were helpful with suggestions for restaurants and things to do.

This was our best stay in the Azores, out of five, and actually the best stay we’ve ever had. The homemade breakfast with its ocean view was great, and check-in and check-out were easy. The place is lovely, with a private beach and a very nice room. We happened to be in Villa Franca during the “White night,” when the whole community gathered in the center. It was a lovely experience. Thanks, Rita and Pedro!

We spent five amazing nights here. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and we could hear the ocean from inside. The views were spectacular, and breakfast was good too. There are four restaurants within a ten-minute walk of the B&B, and the location makes it easy to get around the island.

Pedro and his wife made us feel right at home and were so accommodating. The views were incredible, and the breakfast they served was amazing. This is the best place we’ve ever stayed. We’ll be back!
