The host gave us such a warm welcome, and even left a bottle of wine for my birthday. Our room had a fantastic bridge view, and it was spotlessly clean in a perfect location. Great value too. I’d highly recommend it.

Marisa, the manager, was the real highlight. She did so much to make our time in Porto easy and comfortable, and she’s simply great. We also had a good room with a lovely view of the Duoro River and the city, a great location, and a generous, delicious breakfast.

The owners are such lovely people, and it was a pleasure chatting with them. There’s a clean area to have a drink and relax while taking in the incredible views of Porto and the Douro. The rooms were perfect and had beautiful views too. I can only imagine how amazing it must be to watch São João from there. It’s easy to reach everything on foot, with the metro above and buses below, or you can cross the bridge into Porto.

There’s lots of space and plenty of bathrooms, and the host was great. Most rooms have amazing river views. It’s in a great spot whether you want to walk around or take the train. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The people were so nice, the rooms were always clean, and the view was amazing. We had the most beautiful one from a room downstairs. Thank you so much, Marisa! We’ll be back as soon as we can.
