Gaia Premium A With Terrace by Vacationy

The noise was a big issue. There’s a nightclub right next door, and on the weekend it stayed loud until 2 a.m. The heating didn’t warm the place enough, the kitchen lacks a coffee machine, and the main bedroom is very small. The other bedroom, in the annex, was full of damp, with water running down the walls. The kitchen equipment is lacking and very basic. One bathroom is especially hard to use, and both are small. The living room only has four chairs even though the accommodation is for six. Vacationy’s customer service was disastrous. They said they’d fix the problems, but nothing happened, and then they stopped answering calls.
