Miramar Terrace First Line Beach View Villa

My stay from December 23 to 26 at Miramar, booked through Booking, was a terrible experience, both with the accommodation and the service. There were many problems: the kitchen light and a radiator didn’t work, bathroom tiles were loose and water was leaking, a pane in the stair railing was broken, as was a hallway mirror, and some electrical outlets had no covers, among other things. Before check-in I paid a €150 security deposit, which I was told would be returned after check-out. It’s been almost a month and they still haven’t refunded it. The contact phone numbers they provided don’t answer. The whole situation is highly irregular and comes close to fraud.
