O Ninho Guest House

We stayed one night as a family of four, and the location was perfect. The hosts made things easy from the start, helping us sort out parking and get into the property. The place is small but had what we needed, with comfortable beds and good cleanliness. The service was excellent. Highly recommended.

The room was small but okay, and the bathroom was decent. The problem was the owner’s handling of our arrival. I had clearly confirmed that he would contact me 30 minutes beforehand, but he never showed up. We were outside in the rain, anxious and fidgeting, when a neighbor took pity on us. They told us to knock and ring the bell, then called the owner and handed me the phone. He ignored my WhatsApp message but answered the neighbor. When I asked when he’d arrive, he said he wasn’t coming and would send a key code. That should have been explained well before we got there. We waited 40 minutes in the rain and only reached him through someone else. I feel foolish for booking such an unreliable place. The 4.4 rating is a lie. I give him zero for ruining my first chance, not apologizing, and acting as if he only expects a good rating.

Clean, with the basics for a comfortable night. Very good for an overnight stay. I recommend it.

Communication was perfect, and we really liked being able to check ourselves in. It’s very well located. The rooms are on the small side, and there isn’t much sound insulation between them.
