A cozy, pleasant place to stay, with a polite owner. The metro station is nearby, and the location is great.

The bed was comfortable, and the location is good, just a five-minute walk from the train. The apartment is very basic, though. The shower worked only on the first day, then the water wouldn’t heat up. There’s no closet, just a clothes rack and one chair, and the TV is tiny. That’s all.

A good spot to stay, with several tourist attractions reachable on foot if you’re up for the walk. One tip for arriving visitors: Uber and Bolt are available here, so compare their prices. Sometimes they’re a better deal than paying €7 for the metro pass, the Andante card.

The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The place was clean and excellent, in a quiet area with easy parking. There’s a metro stop nearby, so getting around Porto is easy and inexpensive.
