Fine if all you need is somewhere to arrive and sleep. The bed was comfortable and the TV package was good, but that’s about it. On my last night, in the middle of winter, there was no hot water because the hotel’s water tank was small, so I went to bed without a shower. I’d expected a fridge and microwave, but there was only a kettle and two mugs.

I stayed here for work, and the experience fell well short of what I expected. The room didn’t match its booking description: a minibar was clearly listed as included, but there wasn’t one, and the promised welcome pack was missing too. After a long trip, I had to go out to find something to eat and drink, even though that could have been avoided if the advertised items had been provided. I contacted customer support, and they told me the room wasn’t “entitled” to those things, which directly contradicted the details in my confirmation email and link. It was a very unpleasant situation, and unacceptable for a paid service. I don’t recommend it and am unlikely to return.
