Tivoli Kopke Porto Gaia Hotel

I especially want to thank Renato Pinto. He was friendly, knew the area well, and gave thoughtful suggestions for activities, restaurants, and wine spots nearby. His attention to detail and extra effort made the stay more memorable. If you need help or recommendations at Tivoli, I'd suggest asking for Renato. The whole visit felt exceptional, from the warm welcome to the pleasant, distinctive scent throughout the hotel. Every staff member I met was attentive, professional, and keen to help. The atmosphere felt luxurious and relaxing, and the service was a 10/10. I'll definitely be back.

The spa was a real highlight, with lovely design, a relaxing feel, and an incredible view. My room was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable I slept perfectly after days out exploring. Getting to the pier and market was easy, just a short walk away, with a charming hidden path along the way. Breakfast had lots of options, all fresh and delicious, and it was a treat to start each morning there. Thanks so much to the staff. I had a memorable stay at this lovely 5-star hotel in Porto and would happily recommend it.

Breakfast was great, and the view of Porto made it even better. It was also easy to get down to the riverside using the back steps, which made exploring the Porto area convenient. The service was perfect, with everyone kind and attentive. We had the last room on the floor, room 332, with a balcony and an amazing Porto view. It was comfortable and spacious, with high ceilings and warm, country-chic decor. I especially liked the window where you could lie in bed and look out toward Porto. It may be unique to this room because of where it's located. I'd highly recommend staying here.

I've stayed at Tivoli three times now, and I love it. The hydropool area is incredible, the spa treatments are great, and the rooms are high quality, new, and beautiful. Usually even my favourite hotels have something that lets them down, but I haven't found that here. And the food is so good. I've done the 9 course journey at 1638 twice, and wow, it's the best food I've ever had. Filipe's service is incredible too. I can't wait to spend more time at Tivoli.
