The hotel looks attractive and was generally pleasant, and the electric vehicle charger worked properly. The spa had two jets, a Turkish bath, and a sauna, with good water temperature. Staff were polite and friendly, but with so many technical problems, there was no clear initiative to make things right for guests or give us a reason to return. Several things fell short of what I’d expect from a 4-star hotel. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and even with heaters provided, the room was very cold in the morning. The spa is tiny, and with the ventilation not working, the air smelled strongly of chlorine. Our eyes became badly irritated after around 15 minutes, so we had to leave. The sauna was also out of order. The restaurant food was fine but nothing special, and there weren’t enough power outlets to charge our devices. We had a pleasant stay in a nice hotel, but its upkeep, attention to detail, and care for guests didn’t feel like a 4-star experience. It felt more like a solid 3-star stay.

The beds were so comfortable, and the staff were great. Thanks to Bruna for being so kind. The hotel also has an awesome spa and an amazing breakfast!

The breakfast was a surprise for the wrong reason. A large group was at a table making a lot of noise, and it carried on while we ate. Eventually they quieted down, went to get food and coffee, then entered areas guests couldn’t access. They turned out to be hotel staff, which felt especially odd in a spa hotel. We chose this hotel after looking at several areas, but the stay left us underwhelmed. The room was okay, if a bit cramped, with barely enough space to walk around the bed. There were no outlets for charging phones, so we had to unplug the bedside lamps. The TV picture was extremely grainy, like something from 1995. The spa has a hammam bath, a Turkish bath, and a low-temperature pool with two jets. All of them are quite small, and each could comfortably fit at most two couples at a time. Reception also felt strange. Check-in came across as fake and scripted, while the check-out treatment was cold. I see no reason to return.

Breakfast and the pool were both highlights, and we loved staying at this resort hotel. Fabio at reception was a pleasure to deal with, really helpful throughout.

The food was good, though the rooms felt rather bare.
