I've stayed here twice now and would come back again. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hostess was polite and helpful. There's a lobby with a billiard table, where breakfast is served too.

The hostess who looks after the guesthouse is such a lovely person. She takes great care of things and is ready to help with whatever you need. I recommend staying here.

The woman who served us was good, but cleanliness was nonexistent. The booking page says breakfast is very good, yet there was none either.

The place had a homely, trustworthy and peaceful feel, and I felt right at home. I was warmly welcomed despite arriving late, so I could enjoy the Caretos in Podence. Breakfast was very simple, but they offered what they could given the time of year and my late booking. Talking with the woman who runs the Residencial, walking around the town of Vimioso, and taking in the village smells, among other things, left me feeling full of energy.
