We came back to Los Lagos for a second visit and found it had improved even further. All four pools had been carefully serviced, and the kids’ pool had been upgraded, making it even more fun for younger guests. The staff were warm as ever and went out of their way to make sure our stay went smoothly. We also tried some of the food, including the organic macadamia nuts and the delicious macadamia bread. Both showed the care they put into the quality and creativity of what they offer. Between the refreshed facilities, attentive service, and tasty treats, we had a flawless stay and are already looking forward to visiting again.

I chose this place hoping for a quiet night’s sleep, but the bedroom made that hard. There was damp rising on the walls, and the faulty air con was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep with it on. Turning it off meant dealing with the heat instead, which seemed like the lesser of two evils. Getting there was another problem. The access road is awful, and even Uber drivers refuse to pick people up there. I doubt I’ll stay again.

At Los Lagos Resort Hotel, the food was great, there was a wide choice of drinks, and the service was good. I had a nice stay.
