I stayed in 1C and wouldn’t recommend this place or unit. The only pro is the location. The building is only six years old, but it’s far from properly maintained. It was very noisy from the road below and the little bar opposite my window. I could hear every conversation, and the balcony windows seemed made of paper. The shower water was warm but never hot. The gym had only three machines, literally, and the pool was tiny and quite dirty.
10/10. I stayed in 1D, and it was super cozy, clean, and new. Good bed and shower, coffee available, and communication was good.
The guards are polite and professional, and the shared spaces are clean and well managed. There’s only one washing machine and one dryer for the whole building, so queues are common. They need more machines, especially since each use costs 10,000 guaraníes.
The single-glazed windows did nothing to block the nightclub noise, which went on all night. Terribly noisy, can’t recommend it.
The apartment for five people was excellent. Maura was incredibly warm and hospitable, and helped us with our questions whenever we needed it. Her kindness and attentiveness deserve a mention. Beautiful place!
