My first stay was a terrible experience, and it’ll be my last. I had to switch rooms three times because of problems: the AC didn’t work in one, and in another the bathroom door jammed with my things inside. I had to wait until the next day to get them back. The final room was filthy. I don’t recommend it.

The staff are lovely, and the place is amazing. Breakfast is better than at most places in Asunción. It’s in the center, though a little off to the side. I do wish the furniture were newer and the maintenance better.

There’s a nice playground and beautiful pools outside, so that area works well for kids. Inside, though, the rooms and bathroom are small. I’d say the hotel interior suits couples or business trips more than families with toddlers.

It’s a new place with comfortable rooms, but the hot shower didn’t work. When I raised it, customer service suggested things I could have done differently instead of fixing the issue.

Good breakfast selection, and a nice place to stay with kids.
