For years this has been my first choice when I need a night in Asuncion or am catching a flight. The staff are always great, and Claude is kind and fun to talk with. He also has collections of art, telephones, cameras, and other items around the hotel that give the place a distinctive feel. Thanks, Claude.

I've been coming here for over ten years, and the owner-operators always make me feel welcome and at home. It's a quiet, relaxing place to get away from the city's bustle. The hotel is small and simple, but spotless, safe, and secure, and the price is affordable. It sits in a great neighborhood, with easy transport, good shopping, and plenty of restaurants. A gem, whether you're here for a short visit or a longer stay.

There’s lots of art and paintings around, which gives this hotel a quirky feel. The staff were helpful, and Claude, the owner, was very friendly. The rooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable, and the AC worked well. Breakfast is basic, but good quality.

This is a great place for a foreigner to land for a night or two, get a feel for the area, and then move on. It’s clean and secure, management is friendly and multilingual, and online booking is available. They often have vacancies, and taxi drivers know how to find it. The neighborhood is excellent, with two major shopping centers and all the amenities you’d want within walking distance. The room furniture is more local in style. If you want USA-style mattresses, beds, and furniture, you might prefer a pricier hotel or USA hotel chain nearby. There are other better values out there, but this place is excellent.

Claude, the owner, is polite and friendly, and the hotel has a cozy, home-like feel. The breakfast is great too.
