Madame Lynch Hotel Boutique

I got in touch from abroad a month ahead and asked to reserve the 22nd and 24th. When I asked about paying, they told me everything was already booked and payment wasn't possible. Now they say, "unfortunately," there’s no availability on those dates. It leaves tourists with a bad feeling. I'd rather pay in advance through a secure website, and the person answering chat needs to communicate more clearly. I absolutely can't recommend them.

The room was nice, and the location is handy for both the shopping area and the airport. But the street and passing cars made it much too noisy.

The woman who checked me in was really friendly and polite, and the sheets and towels were clean. The bathroom was fine too. Breakfast was okay for the price, nothing terrible, though there are definitely things they could improve. My room was basically just a big bed, a small bed, a TV and a stool. An armchair or two would've made it more comfortable. There was also a slight unpleasant smell, maybe from the drain, which a good air freshener might take care of. For somewhere to sleep, it wasn't bad, but it could've been more comfortable.

They took my reservation for one hotel, then sent me to another that was a pigsty. Before I even went there, they made me pay and claimed it was in the same chain and at the same or a higher standard. That was a complete lie. There were torn walls and carpets, dirt left by previous guests, and a bathroom door held shut with a piece of paper. Afterward they stopped replying to my messages. This is a scam, don't go.
