The rooms were comfortable and really nice, and the new person in charge was lovely and friendly throughout. But the facilities need maintenance. We visited in summer, and the pool was dirty and covered in mold, even though the water was hot. The paddle tennis court was the only facility that appealed to us. It looks great in the photos, but the place wasn't as impressive in person. I had a terrible experience with the woman in charge before, who scammed us using the business name that the hotel later took over. It's far from downtown San Bernardino, there's nothing nearby, and getting a Bolt or Uber is very difficult.

The service, menu, and value for money are the best parts, and I'd recommend it for families or couples. Getting in and out is the one tricky bit if your vehicle has low clearance.

The rooms are comfortable, but the floor, furniture, and fabric colors and materials make everything look dirty, even after washing. Getting there is also difficult: it seems suited to pickup trucks, and even tall cars can struggle to get in and out. Wi-Fi coverage is weak in at least some rooms, and there's no TV service. With no TV or internet and nothing to do, the stay gets pretty boring.
