The internet kept cutting out, and while we were eating, they asked us to move because our table was reserved, even though there were no signs saying so. We left, but nobody came to take the table. I had hoped for a good time and got the complete opposite. There were crowds, lots of children, and so much noise. We ended up watching movies and doing absolutely nothing. The place itself is beautiful, but we were very disappointed by the striking lack of professionalism. The worst was management's dismissive, uncooperative attitude. I do appreciate that some people there were excellent, but the bad outweighed the good. It was a poor choice for de-stressing. I hope this helps!

The pool is lovely, with a panoramic view of Lake Ypacaraí. Sitting in the big lounge chairs at sunset is very relaxing. It's a charming boutique inn, and although there are some things that could be improved, the staff are attentive.

Owners and staff provide exceptional service to guests and visitors. The place is beautiful, with panoramic views of Lake Ypacaraí. Five stars!
