Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli Hotel

The hotel is in a lovely spot, tucked among little shops in a row of pretty white buildings and away from the bustle of the main souq. We enjoyed a private heated pool in the evening, a tasty breakfast buffet, and Jumu'ah at the nearby Fanar Centre. The staff showed us generous hospitality throughout. The doorman proactively helped with our light luggage, the reception team was welcoming at check-in, and pool security and housekeeping were attentive. Housekeeping took particular care with the details of our room amenities. Special thanks to Mr Shan and Mr Amirshan. We hope we get the chance to visit again!

We were a family of four and had a wonderful stay. The staff were consistently welcoming and helpful, with smiles that made us feel at home. Ms. Amal at reception deserves a special thank you for going above and beyond and assisting us throughout. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. The location was excellent, close to the main attractions and entertainment areas, which made everything convenient. If we return to Qatar, we'll choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

The pool was great and quiet, with a lifeguard always on duty and keeping an eye on the kids. My family and I loved the stay and plan to come back in the foreseeable future, probably next year for another family trip. The staff were so kind and helpful. Ismail and Adeel were approachable and even watched my daughter at the table while we got food from the buffet. The in-room butler service was quick and helpful. Shah and Obada from housekeeping were so nice to my daughter that they went to the market for toy balloons and left them in our room. They also made sure we always had everything my family needed. There wasn't one thing wrong with our stay.

The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and breakfast had a great variety. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the location right beside Souq Waqif made it easy to explore. I'd gladly come back. One small issue: I arrived around 7 p.m. and the room still wasn't fully ready, with basics like water and toiletries missing. I mentioned it the next morning, and housekeeping took care of everything right away.
