Element by Marriott City Center Doha

The staff are what make this place five-star, so friendly and always ready to help. The included breakfast buffet was really good, with a mix of American and qatar options, and the pool was quiet and nice. The rooms feel a little dated, but the bedding and the place were very clean. Getting around was easy. The drive from the airport took just under 20 minutes and was scenic, and an Uber to places like katara village and souq waquif was only a few minutes and a great price.

The breakfast is included, though the choices were limited, especially for young kids. One hot item changes each day, while the rest stay the same. The staff are kind and professional, and the pool and outdoor seating area are nice. Apartments are spacious, well equipped, and come in large two- or three-bedroom layouts at a reasonable price. Element City Center Doha is a great property for families. As a Titanium Marriott member, I'd recommend it to families or solo travelers, and would love to stay again.

Breakfast was good and enough for my kids, and the room had plenty of space for our family whether booking one or two bedrooms. The staff were a real highlight, professional, warm, and always willing to do more to make me feel welcome. Thanks especially to Peter and Jay at reception for a smooth check-in, helpful local recommendations, and assistance when we moved rooms. Their dedication to guests felt genuine. This is a great hotel to consider for business or family leisure trips.

On one visit, Ashley and Murad gave us a warm, professional welcome at check-in. The property also makes a strong first impression with its inviting modern design, and it's handy for longer stays to have a full kitchen, laundry in the room, a city view, and complimentary access to Doha Sands. But service has been inconsistent across our several stays at Element City Center Doha. Getting basic amenity kit refills or Make-Up Room service could feel unnecessarily difficult. A shower leaked on one visit even after maintenance tried to fix it. On another, the sheets and pillowcases smelled unpleasant, as if they hadn't been changed properly. When I raised that at checkout, the staff member showed little empathy, which left us with a poor final impression.
