Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel and Villas

We were very happy with our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a lovely garden; step onto the balcony and you can hear birds singing. Everything smells wonderfully fresh. The metro station is within walking distance, making sightseeing spots easy to reach. Thank you so much.

The room was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and the bathroom was spacious, modern, and very clean. The hotel has a calm, premium feel, a great location, professional and welcoming reception staff, smooth valet parking, and lovely landscaping. Breakfast was good, with quality food and good service, though the Indian and Pakistani choices were limited for such a diverse range of guests. I booked for three people, my family, but we were first given a double bed. They arranged a third bed when I asked, but then the room felt cramped and there wasn't enough room to move comfortably. It's a very good hotel for location, service, and facilities, and better room planning for families and more South Asian breakfast choices would improve the experience.

We felt very safe, even as travelers from the States, and the staff were hospitable and accommodating. Our room was spacious, requests were met, and it had a vanity, lots of mirrors, robes, slippers, an espresso and tea maker, toiletries, and a large rainfall shower. Everything was clean and well kept, including the large, lovely pool. The rooftop views were gorgeous at night, and the buffet had plenty of choices, including food ethnic to Doha. You could also order from the menu, like avocado toast, Chantilly pancakes, or French toast. The Singaporean restaurant was extremely satisfying if you don't mind a little spice. One problem: the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and they offered us chocolates, but the issue was never really resolved. There were flashing lights in the rooms. It's only a few minutes' walk from downtown and the corniche, which made it a nice city stay.

A special thanks to Sagor for his kindness and excellent service. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, and the warm atmosphere made me feel welcome. My room was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had everything I needed. I slept well and felt relaxed. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around, and breakfast was delicious. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return. Highly recommended.
