The room was spacious and well equipped, but the lobby felt cramped and pretty plain. I was there just one night in transit, so I can't say much about the hotel overall. My only other feedback is about the rollaway bed: it was uncomfortable, and I could feel all the spring coils. Otherwise, it's a good hotel to consider.

The rooms were very clean, the location was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was very pleased. A special thank you to Ode, the receptionist from Tunisia.

The room wasn't clean at check-in. There was dust on surfaces, scraps of paper, and even leftover food, so it felt neglected and unhygienic. We paid extra for another bed, but its mattress was so uncomfortable that nobody could sleep on it. It went unused, and two of us had to share one bed, making the nights uncomfortable. The front desk staff were polite and professional, but housekeeping were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, and we felt unwelcome throughout. I stayed for three nights, from 3rd-6th September 2025, and was very disappointed compared with my first visit in 2023. Cleanliness and service had declined, and the stay wasn't worth the price. Unless they make serious improvements, I can't recommend the hotel or see myself returning.

Good value for money, with a convenient spot near the National Museum and Souq Waqif. The hotel was lovely, clean enough, and comfortable, with a good bed and bathroom facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was really disappointing to be charged for a towel my kids left at the swimming pool, inside the same hotel. The person on duty at the pool was very unfriendly too.
