Praweaj served us breakfast every day and made our stay worthwhile with his excellent service. The view was great, the place was clean, and the food was good. I have no complaints. It felt more like a four-star hotel than a three-star one. Highly recommend.

No complaints from me. The staff are friendly and easy to approach, and the service was good. The rooms were clean and tidy, and ours even had a bathtub. You can order food from outside too.

The location is fantastic, but I was shocked that a hotel in such a busy part of Doha lacked basic things a hotel should have. Cleanliness was questionable. I couldn’t use the shower because it looked kind of disgusting, and the linens weren’t clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I feel bad for them because they can’t provide more than the hotel gives them. I can imagine how stressful it must be dealing with unhappy guests. Management needs to improve the amenities and invest more. Being stingy won’t help the hotel make more profit.

The suites are spacious, and being near Souq Waqif means plenty of shops and places to eat are close by. Those are the best things about this hotel. The rooms feel a little old and weren’t very clean, and breakfast was well below what I expected. The staff were nice, and I had a pleasant experience at reception. It could work for a family or if you’re on a budget.

The location is perfect, and the rooms are spacious with kitchenettes, but the hotel is in poor condition and needs an upgrade. I wouldn’t stay here because the room felt really nasty, even though it was cleaned every day. Smoking is allowed in rooms, and the smell gets into yours. Some rooms have small balconies for smoking, but they’re dirty. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with kids.
