The shady, green and clean yard worked perfectly for us, especially with small children who can't stay at the beach for long. The place has a kitchenette with everything, a clean bathroom, an okay room and AC. One thing I'd change is the TV on the terrace. It's a good spot for joking around, playing games and having relaxed or lively conversations. When the TV was on, its constant buzz could be heard all over the yard. I'd also fix the refrigerators. :)
