I was disappointed by the room upkeep and management. The shower drained poorly, the bathrooms were cold, the toilet wasn't screwed down properly, and heat was provided at management's discretion. They also took advantage of the date, with the price almost tripling. I don't recommend it.

The receptionist was nice, and for the price this was good value, especially since I think most hotels in Alba Iulia are overpriced. I did have a few bathroom issues, though: the drain didn't work well and the toilet moved because it wasn't firmly screwed to the floor.

It's about a 10 minute walk to the Citadel, and you don't have to pay in advance. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and the price is moderate. One drawback is that apartment size depends on the floor, so some feel less spacious than others.

Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby if you need them, and the Citadel is very close. Our room was large, clean, and really nice, with high quality things inside that were well cared for. The staff were friendly too. Everything was great, and I'd come back without hesitation.

My girlfriend and I stayed for one night. The room was quite nice, with lots of space and a big, comfortable bed. I did notice a few spiders in the room, though.
