Ave Alba

This was my second stay here. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious, clean, and had a cute view. Breakfast was okay, simple style, and the staff were friendly. The location near the citadel is perfect. A good place to stay and enjoy the Alba Iulia citadel area.

My favorite thing was the sweet balcony, with views of the church, mountains, and a morning rainbow. More than a decent price, too. It's a lovely, low-key hotel set a bit back from the busy parts of the city, with very friendly, attentive staff who were helpful with city and dining information. They even gave me a 5% discount for Dante restaurant, check my review. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, a free room safe, and a well-stocked mini bar at quite acceptable prices. The rooms have a somewhat royal style, while the bathrooms and showers are very modern and the water pressure was great. Breakfast is included, though it's quite small and has few vegetarian choices. The coffee was very good, and the breakfast staff were very pleasant.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and breakfast had lots of choices and was good. The place is right in the city center, just a couple of minutes from all locations, with parking outside so there's no need to worry about where to leave the car. My room was big enough and nicely decorated, with a large, very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and the shower great. I also really liked that the supplies came wrapped in paper instead of plastic. They even had sewing materials and a shoe-polishing kit. Amazing place, I can only recommend it!

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always smiling and making us feel at home. Our stay was extremely comfortable, with everything we needed in the room. The rooms were gorgeous, spacious, and very nicely decorated. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Loved every second!
