The staff were very polite, and the hotel was comfortable and clean, with the citadel within walking distance. Still, it feels a bit old fashioned and wasn’t as clean as I’d expect from a four-star hotel. The shower was small, and water leaked out from under the tub. It needs renovation to meet that four-star rating.

The room was spacious enough and clean, with what you’d expect from a hotel. We were welcomed with complimentary fruit and a big bottle of water, and the pool was nice. The only drawback for me was the early closing times: the pool shuts at 21:00 and the bar at 22:00.

The pool was a nice place to spend time, though with the ventilation out of order it felt a bit like a sauna. Some of the railing where it meets the wall was rusty too. The hotel itself was really nice: breakfast was good, and the restaurant burger in the evening was out of this world. Parc Burger, you should try it.

What stayed with me most about Parc was how warm and friendly the people were. They felt genuinely kind, beyond the professional friendliness I’d expect at a four-star hotel. The hotel is in the city center, about a five-minute walk from Alba Carolina. It’s clean, cozy and well maintained, a good base for a visit to Alba Iulia.

Right in the city center, and the pool was heated, which was nice. The hotel used to belong to the Romanian Communist Party back in the day. I wasn't impressed with breakfast, though it had what you need and the quality was okay. Might just be my preferences. Overall, a pretty nice place.
