The staff were really friendly, and the food was very good.

There are plenty of lovely natural spots nearby, and for a short stay this place is worth it. The rooms and shared kitchen were clean, new, and nicely furnished. The kitchen itself is small, but there are plenty of good-sized tables in a separate dining room, and the shower had great water pressure. There isn't a restaurant on site, so you'll need to walk about 30 minutes or take a short drive to get to one.

The dinner tasted great, but the final bill was about twice what we expected. They said the menu prices hadn't been updated in three years and that we had to pay more. They also charged us for more food than we'd ordered. Then they said that since we weren't hotel guests, our prices had to be different. We were completely disgusted.

We spent four nights here with breakfast and dinner included. Our room was in the villa up the hill, close to the main building, and the balcony looked onto the slope and forest. It's a peaceful, clean place to get away from the city. The food was AMAZING. Breakfast was traditional Romanian, and at dinner you could choose from different soups and mains like sarmale, mici, snitel, and other Romanian dishes. You can ask for more if you're brave, but you'll suffer for it. Come hungry, and be ready for your stomach and liver to work! We had a great time. There's lots of mountain biking nearby. My wife and I did some fantastic rides, tough but worth it, and there are hiking options too. In summer, the pool and the new area across the road are great. A secure place to store bikes would be useful, though I understand there's not much point building one without demand. Maybe in the future! Keep up the great work. P.S. They're expanding the restaurant and plan to build a nice pavilion for next summer.
