Apartment 4 was huge, with a big living room and two fully equipped bathrooms. It was warm enough during our winter stay, though the bedrooms were a bit cooler than the large living room. Since the underfloor heating warms that room quickly and the thermostat is there, moving it to the bedroom with outside walls facing the balcony might make things perfect. You can spot a few small faults if you look closely, but we all have those at home. The assigned underground parking space was roomy, while the above-ground one is a bit tighter. The self check-in details arrived in good time and were very clear. A very nice place close to everything in Arad. I recommend it.
Quiet, comfortable, and spacious, with everything you need and even a few extras. It's right in the center and has parking. Recommended.
A very roomy, clean apartment in a really good area.
The indoor parking was the only upside for me. In the apartment with the red sofa, at least, the photos don't match what you get. There was dust everywhere, the toilet and rusty shower were dirty, the hob was dirty, and grease had splashed onto the kitchen counter. The armchair on the balcony was broken into three pieces. I can't recommend it. I'm giving one star because the person managing the apartment acts as if they don't know or understand. P.S. Please don't send another corporate reply. I don't think you'd want me to post the photos here.
Fresh, clean air and air conditioning made the apartment a pleasant place to relax. It was very clean, with a lovely terrace furnished with a comfortable armchair and coffee table, perfect for coffee. Inside, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a large kitchen.
