I had to cancel my room because of personal issues, so I spoke with Mrs. Adela Sas, the hotel’s Front Office Manager. She kindly waived the cancellation fee. She’s very professional and gives guests a welcoming first impression of the hotel. Thank you!

The location is great, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The rooms said to have been renovated in 2023 look more like they’re from 1995, and the air conditioning is basically a fan that depends on the weather outside. The balcony ceiling is falling apart completely. There’s only one iron in the whole hotel, so bring your own if you need one.

The service was terrible, and losing something in your room could make the experience even worse. They may promise over the phone to keep a forgotten item safe and return it, but in my case they didn’t care and never gave my belongings back. Extremely disappointing.

I rented an apartment and found it clean and comfortable. The staff were great, both at reception and in the restaurant.

We first stayed here in 2018 and everything was fine. This second visit, though, the room was very hot even with the air conditioning on, and cars outside were noisy. The air conditioner made so much noise that we wanted to sleep with it on but couldn’t. They should renew the installation. The room is spacious and breakfast was decent, but next time we’ll choose another hotel because of the heat and noise.
