The staff made the stay, especially with our little kids. They were polite, warm and helpful with all the accommodation needs. The hotel itself feels like three stars, but the staff deserve four or five. Breakfast had a nice range of mostly traditional Romanian dishes, plus fresh coffee. There are cameras watching the parking lot, which made us feel our car was secure. We recommend it wholeheartedly.

We make a point of stopping here whenever we travel to or from Romania. The rooms are nice, breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly.

The hospitality was especially kind: the man at reception made us three coffees at 5:30 in the morning. We left too early to try breakfast, but the food you can order at the hotel is delicious. The rooms were clean, the staff were great, and there's a Kaufland nearby. We've booked here before and will do so again. Thanks for the lovely experience, see you next time!

The rooms were bigger than usual and very clean. The main drawback is the lack of a lift. My husband has a heart condition, and the host kindly moved us to a ground-floor room. There's no restaurant, so you'll need a car ride to get to one in the center.
