Pensiunea Belanco

The room was clean and a good size, and we were grateful to have a bed, but we wouldn’t choose to stay again. We’d thought we were going to the hotel that allows pets, but my husband was already at reception and it was too late to raise that with him. In the end they let us bring our two small dogs for €10, making the total €60. They asked if the dogs barked. They do when they’re scared, though not excessively, so we stayed out of the room as long as we could. Meanwhile, a dog in the next room barked for most of the night. The hotel atmosphere was uncomfortable, the receptionist wasn’t especially friendly, and the place seemed more about style than substance. The surrounding area wasn’t good either.

We arrived late in the evening and left in the morning, so we didn’t try the breakfast, though it is available. The rooms are fully and well furnished, and the conditions were very good. The staff were willing to help. There’s carpet everywhere, including the stairs, so pets aren’t allowed. Each room has a bar if you need one, and parking is available around the building in an area monitored by cameras. A very nice place to stay in Arad, and I’d recommend it.

The rooms are spacious and cozy, and the breakfast is delicious. It’s a really nice, very clean place, with welcoming and friendly staff. We highly recommend it if you need somewhere to stay in Arad.

Everything was already there when I needed it, and the rooms were very clean. Nothing to complain about. Big thumbs up to the people who run the place.
