The shared kitchen has everything you need, and our room had three beds, a dining table, and a clean shower and toilet. The owner was so helpful and welcoming. She brought us coffee as soon as we arrived. The place was very clean too. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.

The rooms have a lovely atmosphere, and the hostess was very nice. It's also close to the Transfagarasan Highway.

We reached Casa Matteo at night after taking the newly built Bucharest - Transfăgărășan route. Even in the dark, the place had a strong, positive feel and the air was strikingly fresh and pleasant. The space we stayed in had a special charm that made us happy. I recommend it, I really do!
