We found the place reasonably priced, with tasteful decor and a homely feel. We were welcomed warmly and added breakfast when we arrived, after they asked what we preferred. Breakfast was really good. The one hassle was that getting an extra glass of water with breakfast wasn't straightforward.

I can't recommend this place. The staff seemed very stingy and completely untrained, the toilets weren't maintained, and the food was uncooked and inedible. One staff member didn't know how to open a wine bottle and had to hold it between her legs to get the cork out. Our ashtrays were left unchanged for three hours. You'd be better off eating at a gas station, Kfc, or mcdonald’s. Just don't go here!

The rooms are clean, the food is really delicious, and the location is great for walking around whenever you like. Madalin and his family, Andrea, Ionut, Claudia, and the rest of the team in Bacau, thanks for all your kindness and hospitality. You're incredibly helpful!

We only ate at the restaurant, and it was a really unpleasant experience. I don't know how it got a 4.3 on google map. The food was awful. They couldn't even make a simple corn porridge (mamaliga); it was the worst balmoș I've ever tasted. My fork was dirty, so I couldn't eat with it. Very sad…

The food was delicious, and the hotel is in a really good spot. Our room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. If I'm back in Bacău, I'd definitely stay here again.
