At just €18 for a room, this is really cheap, even by Romanian standards. Service is minimalist, and the hotel isn't central. The Wi-Fi only worked if I held my laptop out by the window or went down a floor. Still, it's clean, the staff are friendly, and it's surely the best deal in town.
Everything felt tiny: the room, bed, TV, and bathroom. I'm only 1.73 m, but I felt like a giant. The check-in was great, at least. The place itself was old and moldy, with an appalling smell.
Everything smelled nice, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The owners were kind and sweet.
It's a handy place to stop while traveling, with low prices and an OK location near some restaurants. We had plumbing trouble, though: there was a lot of water by the tub and toilet when we woke up. The rooms are small. Also, despite what some websites may say, there's no restaurant of its own.
The room was small but warm, and the service was good. I could hear conversations from the neighbors as well as cars outside.
