I had an okay experience at this house last year, but this visit was terrible. Last year I left early because a problem came up, and the owner owed me two days’ money. This time his wife changed my reservation dates because some doctors were staying there. I agreed, but later asked to move to other dates. Those dates were available on Booking, though not at the price I wanted. The price they quoted was far too high and unjustified, and he got angry when I raised it. He talked over me like a TV, so I ended the call. There were spiders in the room, the garbage wasn’t taken out during my stay, and the bedding wasn’t changed. The TVs are antique, there’s no refrigerator, and the room air conditioning wasn’t functional. Some rooms apparently have their own bathroom, but even those are in poor shape. There was no soap or towels in the bathroom. The dumpsters by the inner gate smelled terrible in summer, and the place didn’t feel safe for children or adults. There were no security cameras, no parking security, and the video rooms were unsupervised. Anyone could come through the gate. Parking was wherever you could find space. The owner parked where he wanted and made us move our car aside, and the maid did the same. Other tourists were constantly passing by the room and making noise, without respecting quiet hours. The owner sometimes has a chef, maybe once a week, but changes his mind. He has no contracts with Aqua Park, Apollo, or similar places. This so-called three-star guesthouse is a first-grade mess from every point of view. The money paid isn’t justified, and I wouldn’t stay there even for free. The competition is strong, yet they act as if this place were the center of the earth. They should speak politely and charge less. It isn’t even their property. If the boss, the house owner, knew what was happening, things might be different. I’ll definitely talk to him. The pension should close, be sold, or stop being run this way. I don’t believe the 9.7 Booking score, and the comments seem fake. To me, it’s more like a real 1.5. Mr. Piedone should visit to see the pathetic conditions, and consumer protection should be informed. That’s my opinion as a tourist, after a completely bad experience.

Please don’t stay here. The kitchen is outside the room, and the fridge is in another room and very small. There’s no washing machine, which seems strange for a guesthouse. The woman who showed us to the apartment had no manners. The lady cleaning the room humiliated my father, saying she’d never had customers like him and that if he had any shame, he’d wash his clothes in the washing machine. Are you serious?

Good evening to everyone who has stayed at Ormenișan house on Speranței Street in Băile Felix. In my view, the accommodation is very expensive. We were four, two adults and two children, and left a day early because the owner’s mother was very nasty to tourists. When I asked why there was no washing machine, she rudely told me to wash the laundry in the sink and leave if I didn’t like it. I’m asking people who plan to stay at this pension not to do so, as they may end up agreeing with what I’ve said. Booking should be ashamed of listening to all the lies from the so-called pension owners. They say one thing, but when you arrive, it’s something else. Thank you for understanding.
