Hotel Vital

The food was delicious and there was always plenty of it, and our room was clean and spacious. We felt really good at this hotel, thanks in part to the friendly, smiling staff. We also became friends with Prem, the bartender, and Putu, the waiter. They were kind and fun to spend time with.

Prem and Putu were especially kind and helpful, and the staff overall were attentive and friendly. The food was tasty, and the quiet, clean accommodation gave us exactly the relaxing holiday we needed. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

The front desk, reservations, and other services were great, and the food and coffee were excellent. It's a pleasant, smaller hotel, maybe 24 or 28 rooms, I think. The water in both on-site pools, one indoors and one outdoors, was extremely clean and at a very pleasant temperature, though it wasn't thermal water. Apparently a large company that bought the concession for the thermal water won't share it with smaller hotels. My room could have used bedside reading lights. Coin-operated coffee and drinks machines would be useful when other services aren't available, and a table tennis table or two would be nice. On request, you can get an absolutely great massage and, I think, other treatments. All in all, I had a great stay.

Prem and Putu were so friendly and did a great job, and the staff and waiters were kind and helpful throughout. The food was very tasty. It was a quiet, clean place where I could relax, and I'd definitely recommend it!
